Global mental health focuses on application of psychological science in the larger global arena. This year, the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology (SSCP) is launching it's first Global Mental Health Student Poster Competition! Submit your poster here by January 31, 2018.
Any research - empirical or review - set in a low-and-middle-income country (LMIC) will be considered. Research should be original and not previously published or submitted. Be sure to write 'GMH poster competition' at the top of your abstract before submitting it.
Select abstracts will be invited to present at the Annual Convention of the Association of Psychological Science (APS 2018) in San Francisco, win $100 or $200, and get published in Behaviour Research and Therapy.
Students interested in learning more about SSCP, and opportunities like this in the future, can read more about it at this link.
